The network of specified sections of motorways and expressways (hereinafter referred to as the "specified road sections"), which, in accordance with the relevant regulations of Act No. 488/2013 Coll. on Vignette and on amending certain acts as amended (hereinafter referred to as "Act No. 488/2013 Coll. on Vignette as amended or the "Act"), can be used following the vignette payment, is marked by the relevant traffic signs.
An indicative list of the specified road sections subject to vignette payment is specified by the Vignette Payment Collection Administrator, which is, in accordance with the provision of Section 8 of Act No. 488/2013 Coll. on Vignette as amended, the National Motorway Company (Národná diaľničná spoločnosť, a. s.). A list of specified motorway sections, which may be used without a motorway vignette, is available in Appendix 1 of the Decree. An updated map of the specified motorway sections is provided in the informative map.
