The following list includes situations that customers most often encounter in connection with the payment of vignettes, exemption from vignette payment, or during the period of validity of already-paid vignettes. The following guidelines from the Service Provider are for customers who happen to be in these situations; they are divided according to individual topics and are processed in the form of recommended steps on how to proceed in dealing with a specific situation (see the definitions of the terms "Customer" and "Service Provider" in detail in the Vignettes section, subsection Glossary of terms).
The guidelines from the Service Provider specified below are for information only and serve to acquaint customers with the relevant topic/situation. All rights and obligations of the customers are regulated by the relevant provisions of Act no. 488/2013 Coll. on Vignette and on amending certain acts as amended (hereinafter referred to as "Act no. 488/2013 Coll. on Vignette as amended“), as well as relevant provisions of the General Business Terms and Conditions of the Vignette Payment Collection Administrator, which are available in the Customer services section, subsection Documents for download (see the definition of the term "Vignette Payment Collection Administrator" in detail in the Vignettes section, subsection Glossary of terms).
